Jenell was diligent in ensuring we knew the process enough to not overwhelm us with emotions. She never allowed us to lead our decision in the purchase of our next beautiful home with emotions as in today's market homes often get multiple offers and she didn't want us to fight emotions if our offer fell through. When we were ready to begin the search she was on top of hunt everyday, constantly willing to show us homes no matter the time or day. We are extremely happy in our new home and owe so much to Jenell for her time, diligence and expertise. I highly recommend her to friends and family everyday.
